Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had only two desk chairs, nowhere to sit and relax, but it did not feel worn out, and I didn't see a lot of damage. The service is incredibly quick to accommodate us, friendly, and goes beyond expectations in every way. The location is nice, but popular, especially in hot weather, yet offers a range of complimentary activities. The dining experience may lack taste at times, but excels in attention to detail. The facilities are well-maintained and offer a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers stylish and functional rooms with tons of storage and a nice view. The service is top-notch, always ready to assist, but some staff members can be rude. The location provides a high-quality experience with its impressive golf course, although it can get noisy at night. The dining options range from amazing to disappointing. Overall, the facilities are well-maintained and enhance the stay.
My stay at the Litton House was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a couple of dead spiders on the bathroom floor and weren't ready, plus there were only two desk chairs and nowhere to relax comfortably. On the bright side, the service was awesome, with extraordinarily friendly staff who went out of their way to make our experience top-notch. The location was nice but popular, with plenty of attendants around, and the dining experience at the restaurant serving a breakfast buffet was excellent.
The resort offers typical rooms that are average in quality, with additional fees for resort amenities like valet parking or self-parking, making the overall price quite high. While the pool is great, the lack of activities other than golf may not justify the expenses incurred.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautiful but lacked sound insulation, making conversations in the hallway sound like they were inside my room. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going above and beyond, though one staff member seemed uninterested. The location was lovely, offering exclusive views along the Colorado River, but some nearby attractions required a drive. The dining was top-notch with attention to detail in the food, but one incident of miscommunication left a small disappointment.
My stay at the resort was a mix of positives and negatives. While the room was clean, there was ongoing construction noise from above, and additional fees for parking were steep. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible dirt and unwanted critters. On the bright side, the location was serene and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
